Pre-Quiz Learner Details Guarantee: Before each course quiz, participants complete a short form requesting Name, Company, Experience Level (Refrigeration Beginner, Intermediate, or Senior Level), and Country. This information will NOT be sent to your company or employer. It is collected purely for RDA to carry out internal analytics so we can tailor our courses to the needs of our course participants.

2. Data Controller: The Refrigeration Diagnostics Academy (RDA) acts as Data Controller under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Enquiries: [email protected].

3. Certificate Records: When a numbered RDA Certificate of Completion is issued, we keep a record of the certificate serial number, holder name, course title, pass status and issue date so we can confirm it if you or your employer ask us.
